Broadway Heating and Cooling is a licensed and insured HVAC company servicing the Lake and McHenry County Region. 

Jeff and Shawna Roepenack are a husband and wife team leading the force behind Broadway Heating and Cooling.

JEFF ROEPENACK - Owner & Lead Technician

Jeff started in HVAC back in 1996. Jeff will design the right systems to meet your comfort needs AND explain the reasoning along the way. With over 27 years of experience, Jeff has an understanding of what is needed when it comes to designing the right system for your home.

SHAWNA ROEPENACK - Customer Service & Office Manager

Shawna runs the administrative department for Broadway Heating and Cooling. She will always be there over the phone with superior customer service.

We pride ourselves on our quality work and competitive prices. If you aren't happy with our work, then neither are we. We won't automatically try to sell you a new system, like some other companies. We'll assess your HVAC unit and fix it if we can - so you can save money.
